Sidekicks Support
Alli Rawlins has been a BCBA with Sidekicks since 2020 and became the Clinical Director in September of 2022. Alli has 14 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 8 years of experience as a BCBA. Alli has a B.S. in Elementary Education and History from the College of New Jersey and an M.A. in Applied Psychology/Applied Behavior Analysis from Rider University. Alli has a passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities and strives to improve their lives by helping them to reach their full potential through the implementation of applied behavior.
