Akshay K.

Akshay K. is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and project management. Currently serving as a Design Manager at PAYPER since April 2024, Akshay oversees the design and development of bulk material handling equipment for international projects, prioritizing tasks and coordinating with project management teams. Previously, as a Design Engineer at Sidel, Akshay led a localization project for the COMBI system, managing a team of 25 experts. Earlier roles include design engineering positions at JBT FoodTech, where weight reduction and structural stability optimization were achieved, and Lean Maestro India, where significant improvements in production rates and efficiency were realized. Akshay holds a Master of Technology in Mechanical Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology and SBGI Miraj, respectively.
