VP Global KEY Account at Sidel

Florent Roussel has had a successful career at Sidel, starting in 1995 as a Field Services Engineer and eventually advancing to the role of Customer Services Manager for Europe. In this position, they provided technical advice, managed technicians, and troubleshooted production issues for various customer territories. Florent also worked in the United States and other international locations, coordinating machine installations and managing teams. In 2010, Roussel transitioned to a role as the Modular Architecture Central Office Coordinator, where they led a major internal engineering project. Florent then progressed to become the Services Business Director for Europe and Central Asia, responsible for achieving the region's turnover and margin targets. After that, they became the Maintenance Business Director for the entire group, developing maintenance strategies and products. Most recently, Roussel has served as the Services Strategic Key Account Director and is currently the VP Global Key Account at Sidel. In these roles, they have focused on customer satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and growth by improving the company's supply chain and managing services projects.

Florent Roussel earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a specialization in industrial automation from the Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale in 1994. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including certifications in influencing without authority, project leadership management and communication, project planning analysis and control, senior leadership development, organizational improvement methods, Kaizen, and implementing and managing a modular architecture platform.
