Florian Lambert

Florian Lambert serves as the Managing Director at Sidel since April 2016, overseeing three plants with an annual turnover of 80M€ and leading Sidel Packing Solutions with a team of 320 individuals. Prior to this role, Florian held the position of Plant Director, successfully managing a plant of 92 people and achieving a turnover of 30M€ by delivering five ranges of equipment globally. Earlier experience includes roles as Methods & Lean Six Sigma Manager, focusing on project implementation to enhance quality and reduce costs, as well as internships as a Methods Engineer, Process Engineer, and Quality Engineer in the food industry. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Food Engineering from ENSAIA, obtained in 2016, and completed preparatory classes in Biology at Lycée Georges Clémenceau from 2009 to 2012.
