Gerald Poret

Gerald Poret is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and technical support within the automation and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Lead Services Project Manager at Sidel since January 2007, Gerald oversees service projects related to Sidel's equipment and completes lines, ensuring timely execution within budget constraints. Previous roles at Sidel include Group Automation Product Support Director, where responsibilities encompassed automation care for main platforms, and Blowing Product Support Manager, overseeing technical support for customers and technicians. Earlier experience includes a role as Technical Director at Soyez, managing a team of engineers and multiple production lines, and as an Electrical and Automation Expert in Sidel's after-sales department. Gerald holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes, a DEA in industrial systems from Toulouse INP, and a Maîtrise ès sciences & techniques from Le Havre Normandy University.
