Simone Pisani has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of strategy, marketing, and environmental intelligence. From 2000 to 2001, Pisani worked as the Health & Safety and Environment Manager at Tetra Brik Packaging Systems S.p.A. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the Environmental Affairs Manager at Tetra Pak International, focusing on developing environmental strategies and managing eco-design procedures. From 2005 to 2014, Pisani held the position of Director of Environmental Intelligence at Tetra Pak International, leading global environmental intelligence initiatives and integrating environmental objectives into product and portfolio strategies. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Manager of Global Portfolio Strategy, managing portfolio segmentation and supporting value-based selling methodologies. Pisani then joined Sidel in 2016, where they served as the Water Category Marketing Director, responsible for market intelligence, category development, and product strategy. From 2020 to 2023, Pisani held the role of Portfolio Intelligence & Value Selling Director at Sidel, leading the development of methodology for value-based selling and supporting ad-hoc research and projects. Currently, Pisani is the Director of Strategy & Business Development Europe Central Asia at Sidel, where they oversee regional strategy, sales operations, marketing, and external communication. Overall, Pisani has a wealth of experience in strategic planning, market intelligence, environmental sustainability, and value-based selling.

Simone Pisani has a diverse education history. In 2002, they completed the Building on Talent program at IMD. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, they obtained a Master's degree in Gestione e controllo dell'Ambiente from Scuola Superiore S.Anna. In 1990, they graduated from Università di Pavia with a Bachelor's degree in Scienze Naturali. Additionally, Simone has a certification as an Internal Lead auditor for ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 from Lloyd's.
