Tushar Jadhav is an experienced design engineer with a strong background in mechanical design, having worked in various roles across multiple companies. Tushar began a career as a Design Engineer at UVK Link Pvt. Ltd., contributing to projects for notable clients such as Mahindra & Mahindra and Reliable Autotech. Following this, Tushar held positions at Creative Engineering Company, specializing in welding fixtures and automotive seating design, and at Mungi Engineers Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included shift engineering, BIW fixture design, and supplier negotiation. In January 2023, Tushar joined Rhythmsoft Robotics & Automation Pvt Ltd as a BIW Fixture Design Engineer, focusing on advanced robotics fixtures using CATIA and SolidWorks.
