Sidelight Studio is a boutique video production company founded by filmmakers Chris Gagnon and Calvin Schenck, combining over 15 years of complementary expertise. We specialize in creating authentic, human-centered content that tells compelling stories while delivering the reliability and results organizations need.

Our approach balances creative storytelling with efficient execution—from brand documentaries and corporate communications to event coverage and social media content. With experience spanning international nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and local businesses, we bring fresh perspectives to every project while maintaining the professionalism and dependability brands require.

We keep our team lean and costs competitive, partnering with trusted freelancers when projects demand additional expertise. This allows us to deliver high-quality production value without the overhead of larger agencies.
