Mark Spears is an international business executive with a background in strategic leadership and sustainability. They co-founded the USC Trojan Sustainability Network and serve as Past Chair, focusing on education and empowerment in sustainability within the USC community. With extensive experience on advisory boards, including the University of Southern California’s Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab and various organizations promoting social responsibility, Mark contributes to impactful initiatives aimed at driving positive environmental and social change. They are the founder and chief strategist of common+value, dedicated to developing sustainable business practices, and currently act as a senior advisor for SidePorch, supporting organizations in making a meaningful impact.
