SideRide NWA is a luxury black car and concierge service based in Northwest Arkansas, founded by U.S. Army veteran and CEO Joey Hebert. (Me) Launched in late 2022, SideRide NWA was created to offer reliable, high-quality transportation, especially for corporate clients and executive travelers in the region. It has become the only 5 star rated transportation company in the entire state of Arkansas with only 5 star reviews totaling over 200.

The service is known for its dedication to hospitality and attention to customer experience, taking inspiration from the Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to personalized service and “sacred hospitality.”

The company provides airport transfers to and from Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), along with services for local events, business travel, and special occasions. Joey’s goal with SideRide NWA is to spread positivity and kindness, offering a unique, memorable experience with each ride. The company has built a strong reputation, gaining five-star ratings and working with notable clients like Walmart, The Walton Foundation and even Alice Walton herself.

In addition to providing transportation, Joey actively seeks to give back to the community, including discounts for veterans, and he is currently expanding his team and services to meet rising demand as Northwest Arkansas grows.
