Frédéric Ghestem

Frédéric Ghestem has a diverse work experience starting in 1992 at Diagram as a Professional Services Director. Frédéric later joined e-Kids as a General Manager and then moved on to roles at Kyriba Semea, Mussey Conseils, Alsyon Technologies, 45 Secondes, and Sidetrade. In their most recent position at Sidetrade, they serve as the Area Vice President Customer Success South Europe. Throughout their career, Frédéric has demonstrated leadership in professional services, product strategy, and operations management.

Frédéric Ghestem completed their Licence in Sciences Economiques at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 1984 to 1987. Frédéric then pursued a degree in Eco-Fi at Sciences Po from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in 2022.
