Luan Gonçalves is a software developer at SiDi, where they have been a member of the speech processing team since 2021, and a Senior Machine Learning Engineer since 2024. Luan graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering in 2016 and obtained a M.Sc. in Signal Processing in 2019, both from the Federal University of Pará (UFPa), where they are currently a Ph.D. candidate focusing on Telecommunications. Since 2020, Luan has been part of the Research and Development Center in Telecommunications, Automation and Electronics (LASSE), with research interests in deep learning, artificial intelligence, automatic speech recognition, and speech synthesis. Luan also gained valuable experience through various internships in network planning and signal processing prior to their current roles.
