Fathy Ragab

Fathy Ragab is currently the Strategic Planning Department Head at The Egyptian Ethylene & Derivatives Company - ETHYDCO, where they focus on eliminating waste and enhancing company competency using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Fathy worked as a Lab Chemist at Sidpec from 2002 to 2009, where they analyzed PE physical and chemical properties. From 2009 to 2013, they held the role of LSSBB, engaging in total quality management affairs at Sidpec. Additionally, Fathy has served as the LSSMBB and Statistical Analysis Department Head at Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Co. since 2013, concentrating on reducing waste and defects. Fathy earned a Master's degree in TQM and Materials Science from Alexandria University, completing their studies in 2011.
