Adarsh Parekh

Adarsh Parekh serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Sidus Space since January 2025. Prior to this role, Adarsh Parekh was self-employed as an investor from May 2024 to January 2025 and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Terran Orbital Corporation from June 2024 to October 2024, overseeing finance operations of a $135MM revenue company and leading strategic transactions, including a sale to Lockheed Martin Corp. From January 2022 to May 2024, Adarsh Parekh was the Chief Financial Officer at Alio, directing finance functions for a $65MM medical technology firm and managing capital initiatives. Earlier in the career, Adarsh Parekh was a Principal and Director of Finance at Renewable Resources Group from March 2014 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading numerous acquisitions and divestitures across various sectors totaling over $800MM. Adarsh Parekh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Finance, and Management from The Wharton School.
