Valerij Ojdanic has a wide range of work experience in the engineering field. Valerij is currently working as a Senior Electronics Engineer at Sidus Space, where they are responsible for specifying, recommending, and implementing radiation-hardened electronic systems for the LizzieSat project.
Prior to their current position, Valerij worked at Craig Technologies as a System Engineer LV3, supporting avionics and helicopters systems for the WASS INL/A program. Valerij designed and implemented solutions for continuous operation of the UH-ST1 fleet and developed ELA for the UH-60HH.
Before that, Valerij worked at Solution Manufacturing as a Senior Test Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing automated test equipment and test fixtures. Valerij also designed switching power supplies and created LabVIEW programs for interface and simulation.
Valerij also gained experience at IQ Valves Co. as a Senior Electronic Engineer, where they designed and produced industrial valve control and driver circuits and systems. Valerij also designed switching power supplies and PLC interface boards.
Earlier in their career, Valerij worked at Track' Air / Lead'Air as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, leading the engineering and hardware departments in the design, production, assembly, and testing of aerial photography and airborne survey systems. Valerij also designed switching power supplies and delay counters.
Valerij's career began at First Coast Industrial Electronics as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and testing industrial PLCs. Valerij also provided support to senior engineers and managed the R&D department.
Valerij also gained experience at Raltron Electronics as a Design Engineer and at VAL-DESIGN as a Project Engineer, where they focused on schematic and PCB design.
Valerij Ojdanic obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Montenegro, from the year 1990 to 1996. During the same time, they also pursued their degree in Electronics, earning a BSEE from the University of Podgorica.
