Sidus Strategic Advisors partners with law firms, corporate legal departments, and executive teams to elevate client service, accelerate attorney development, and lead with clarity amid complex demands.
We were founded on a simple belief: lawyers become indispensable when they understand how clients think, what they value, and how they make decisions.

As former general counsels who have hired and evaluated outside counsel for decades, we’ve seen what strengthens trust—and what quietly erodes it. Sidus closes that gap by helping lawyers move beyond technical excellence to show up with clarity, judgment, and presence in the moments that matter.

Our Story
Co‑founded by Zabrina Jenkins and Sam Villanueva‑Meyer, Sidus brings the rare inside view of how GCs think and choose counsel. Zabrina’s path from junior lawyer to Starbucks General Counsel and Sam’s experience building global legal and compliance functions give lawyers direct access to what modern clients expect.

What We Believe
Great lawyers don’t just solve problems—they communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and build trust through judgment and relational intelligence. Sidus helps lawyers build these capabilities with intention—so they can lead teams, grow business, and strengthen client relationships with confidence.
