Sancho Thomas

Sancho Thomas has over 15 years of experience in the IT consulting and recruitment industry. Sancho started their career in 2000 as a Business Development Manager at Techton Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. Sancho then joined Savvysoft Technologies as a Business Development Consultant in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Consultant for Tech Mahindra and later as a Senior Officer HR-Recruitment at Trianz.

In 2007, Sancho Thomas joined JVI Dubai as a Team Lead-Recruitment. Sancho then went on to work as the Group Director at Gracetec Group (HENRY & FARAD) in 2009, where they specialized in turnkey projects and took care of business, HR, admin, and finance.

In the same year, they founded SiE Brains, an IT consulting firm that focuses on providing manpower solutions customized to their client's needs. Sancho served as the Founder and CEO of SiE Brains, specializing in manpower services, search, and consulting engagements.

Sancho Thomas has a diverse education history. Sancho obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Karnataka State Open University in the years 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore University from 1996 to 2000, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology during the same time period. In 1993 to 1995, Sancho completed an Associate's Degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from ST. THOMAS COLLEGE, THRISSUR. Additionally, they hold the certification of Black Belt Recruiter obtained from the International Professional Alliance of Staffing Specialist in March 2014.
