Oscar has held various financial and managerial roles, including Operations Manager at Cooper Standard and Controller at Vibracoustic de Mexico, where they significantly enhanced production performance and financial metrics. They hold a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad del Valle de Mexico and a degree in Accounting from Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Mexico.
