They began their career with TCI Supply Chain Solution and subsequently held various pivotal roles at companies such as AFL, Agility, DHL, and Jaquar & Company Private Limited. Currently, Paramvir serves as Sr Manager Logistics/Supply Chain at Siegwerk, where they oversee business plans and logistics operations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They also hold a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Jaipur National University and have completed a Diploma in International Business Operations.
