Alan Staley has over 17 years of extensive experience in engineering and asset maintenance within the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Maintenance Optimisation at Siemens since July 2010, Alan has held several key positions including Engineering Manager and LCC & Optimisation Manager. Prior to Siemens, Alan progressed from Mechanical Fitter to Lead Project Engineer at LH Group Services, and also held roles as Engineering Manager and Project Engineer at Envirotech Research. Alan's educational background includes a degree from Oxford Brookes University, completed between 2002 and 2006.
