Alex Li

Alex Li, MBA, has extensive experience in project financial management and control, holding key positions in various organizations since 2007. As Project Controller at Mammoet from July 2018 to June 2021, Alex was responsible for financial insight and analysis across transportation and lifting projects. Prior roles include working as a Cost & Value Engineer and Project Controller at Houdijk Holland, where Alex contributed to budget creation and financial process improvement as the organization transitioned into a multinational entity. Earlier experience includes positions at Heerema Marine Contractors, Ernst & Young, and Balance, where Alex focused on budget analysis, invoice management, and project consultancy. Currently, Alex serves as a Commercial Project Manager at Siemens, overseeing financial operations throughout all phases of project execution. Alex holds an MBA in Financial Control and a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism and Management Consulting.
