Andy Manning

Andy Manning has a diverse background in quarry and operations management, having held significant positions in various companies over several years. From May 2011 to March 2016, Andy served as Quarry Operations and Estates Manager at Naylor Industries Plc, overseeing four operational Fireclay and Shale Quarries and five production facilities. Prior to that role, Andy was Group Operations Manager and Unit Manager at CEMEX Materials UK, where responsibilities included managing operations across multiple locations. Andy's career began at Siemens in a graduate trainee position, leading to roles such as Assistant Unit Manager and Senior Plant Manager in the quarry industry, demonstrating a strong foundation in both operational and managerial capacities. Currently, Andy is working as an Account Manager at Siemens since March 2018.
