Ballester Lorena

Ballester Lorena is the Finance Head for Gridsw Southern Europe, where they are a member of the management team responsible for the P&L of the business unit. They oversee all aspects of commercial and financial management, including strategy implementation, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Previously, Ballester held various financial leadership roles at Siemens, including as the Financial Director for multiple business units. They began their career in supplier accounting at Amadeus and earned a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
