Bas Puts is a Learning & Development enthusiast currently serving as the Global Head of Learning & Skill Architecture at Siemens, where they lead a team dedicated to enhancing the L&D ecosystem. Previously, Bas held various leadership roles at Siemens from 2011 to 2017, including Head of Siemens Training and Head of Global Learning Campus EMEA, responsible for training delivery and stakeholder satisfaction across multiple regions. Bas earned a Master of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Universiteit Maastricht and a VWO diploma from Philips van Horne scholengemeenschap.
