Berthold Weiss

Berthold Weiss is the Global Head of Cost and Value Management at Siemens since 2023. Previously, they held significant roles such as Global Head of Strategic Cost Management & Target Costing at Continental from 2017 to 2021 and Senior Manager Supplier Development at KION GROUP AG from 2011 to 2016. Prior to this, Berthold served at General Motors as Head of Cost Engineering Electrical from 2005 to 2008 and worked in various engineering and managerial positions from 1998 to 2002. Their career also includes international assignments in China and Japan with PA Consulting Group, illustrating a diverse and global expertise in cost management and supplier development.
