Bruce Wu

Bruce Wu, CPA, CMA, MBA, currently serves as Vice President - Private Equity at Siemens, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Consultant at Altman Solon, where responsibilities encompassed conducting commercial due diligence and market analysis for private equity and corporate clients. Bruce also held roles as Senior Associate at Impendi Analytics, where process improvements led to significant EBITDA enhancements for clients, and as Consultant at miLEAD Consulting, developing strategies for life-science startups. Additional experience includes strategic reviews at Lubrizol Limited, product strategy development at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and senior accounting positions at Golden Gate Global and Chute. Bruce holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Forensic Accounting from PennWest Edinboro.
