Cal Schmidt currently serves as the Head of Industrial Relations and Labor Law at Siemens AG, a position commenced in September 2025. With nine years of experience at Stericycle, including roles such as Vice President, Labor and M&A Integration, and Vice President, Global Labor, Cal Schmidt possesses extensive expertise in labor and industrial relations, human resource leadership, negotiations, and organizational development across multinational environments.
