Caleb Shaw

Caleb Shaw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Solutions Proposal Manager at Siemens since October 2018, Caleb has held multiple roles including Project Procurement Manager and Solutions Proposal Manager for both Semiconductor & Data Center and Industrial & Construction sectors. Prior to this, Caleb worked at Koontz-Wagner from February 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included leading the Estimating departments across three facilities and acting as the Salesforce.com administrator. Previous experience includes roles at Siemens from December 2010 to February 2015, tackling applications engineering, business development, and sales application tasks, as well as project management and estimating with IES from August 2008 to December 2010. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Missouri State University.
