Ciara Dowling

Ciara Dowling is a Strategy & Deployment Manager in the Global Talent Acquisition team at Siemens. They have previously served as a Senior Consultant and Manager for HR Transformation at EY, and earlier as an HR Services Analyst at Siemens Gamesa, where they led the rollout of a new Employee Experience Portal in 52 countries. Ciara also worked as an HR Advisor, supporting employee relations and data management initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sheffield and completed A Levels in History, English Literature and Language, and Sociology at St Joseph's College.
