Cornelia Melander

Cornelia Melander has over six years of experience in business control and administration within prominent companies. At BASF AB, from September 2007 to October 2011, Cornelia held the role of Business Controller, focusing on cost controlling, commission business, and budgeting for the Business Center Europe North. Following this, at Siemens from November 2011 to June 2013, Cornelia served as HR Controller, overseeing cost controlling for HR functions and establishing Shared Services. Subsequently, Cornelia advanced to Head of Business Support and Digital Business in Digital Industries, where responsibilities included driving digitalization and data analytics, system support, process ownership, team management, and collaboration across various teams. Cornelia continued to progress in Siemens as Head of Business Admin in the Industry Division and later as Business Unit Controller within the Process Industries and Drives Division, focusing on sales reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Cornelia holds a Master's degree in European business administration from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
