Daniel Marr

Daniel Marr is an experienced network architect currently serving as Principal Network Architect at Siemens since May 2022. Previously, Daniel worked as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Thales, focusing on developing technical solutions for bids and projects, and engaging with vendors to ensure project compliance. Daniel's tenure at Network Rail included roles as Senior Network Design Subject Matter Expert, where responsibilities encompassed designing the FTNx IP/MPLS Network and knowledge sharing, as well as earlier positions as Network Engineer at Motorola Solutions and Transmission Design Engineer at Network Rail. Daniel began a career in telecommunications at Queensland Rail as a Graduate Telecommunications Engineer. Daniel concluded formal education with an MBA from Webster University, following a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Queensland.
