Darin O'Brien

Darin O'Brien is the Head of Engineering North America, Electrification at Siemens Mobility, a position they have held since 2022. They previously served as a Senior Project Manager and Head of Engineering at Siemens, where they led major projects, including the Sydney Metro North West Rail Line and multiple traction power infrastructure initiatives. Prior to that, they held key positions within Siemens Infrastructure and Cities and the Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation, focusing on rail systems and electrification. Darin earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Sydney University and a Project Management Diploma from Swinburne University of Technology.
