David Black

David Black is a senior management professional with 20 years of experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors. They currently serve as a Senior Director of Government Affairs at Siemens, advocating for the company's capabilities to advance government priorities. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Director of Government Relations at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services and Chief of Staff at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure. David holds a Baccalaureate in Political Science and Public Management from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Master's in Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne.
