David Ling

David Ling is a senior leader with extensive experience in energy and logistics, specializing in renewable energy, including wind and solar. They have held key positions at companies such as Siemens Government Technologies, where they currently serve as Project Executive, and previously as Manager of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at BP Wind Energy. Their extensive career also includes roles at Vestas, Eaton Corporation, and a commanding position in the United States Army Reserve, where they served for over 39 years. David holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Defense Management from American Military University and a Master's in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.
