With a background in digital media and technology, Dean successfully introduced innovative solutions in the global music industry, including the establishment of Musicpoint, which became the primary service for Australian radio stations. Dean also served as the VP of Strategy at Austereo Mcm and has worked as a management consultant and account manager in various sectors. Dean holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a BA in Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
