Diego Cattaneo

Diego Cattaneo, PhD, is the VP Global Head of Customer Solution & Excellence at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, where they oversee the global Customer Solution & Excellence department. With 15 years of experience in building automation, Diego has held various roles within Siemens since 2007, including Director of Engineering and Development Center for Europe. They possess a strong technical and scientific background, having completed their PhD at Politecnico di Milano, where they also served as an Assistant Professor of Physics and worked as a postdoctoral researcher. Throughout their career, Diego has excelled in managing solution design and engineering teams, optimizing processes, and driving complex international projects.
