Dilip Dhandar

Dilip Dhandar is currently the Production Head at Low Voltage Products, Smart Infrastructure, Auranagabad Works. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nagpur University, Dilip has accumulated extensive experience in production and quality management over the years. Previously, Dilip served as DGM of QA and Continuous Improvements at Kohler Co. and held roles in car BIW production, total quality management, and industrial engineering at Tata Motors. Dilip started their career as a Junior Engineer in Mechanical Maintenance at UMASONS AUTO COMPO Private Limited and has also worked at Siemens in various engineering capacities.
