Dirk Steding

Dirk Steding is a retired Vice President of Siemens Gas and Power EPC Solutions and former Head of the Siemens Project Director Institute, with a career spanning several decades in project management and engineering. They began their journey at Siemens in 1981, serving in various roles including Head of Plant Layout & Civil Engineering for Nuclear Power Plants and General Project Director for Fossil Power Plants. Dirk's experience includes a significant position at Siemens Healthcare as Project Director for Turnkey Hospitals in Central and South America from 1989 to 1992. They hold degrees in Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering from universities in Germany and are currently certified as a Project Director and Project Director Assessor through PM@Siemens.
