Erik T. is currently the Vice President and Head of Industrial Infrastructure Sales at Siemens, where they lead a national sales team focused on industrial end users and power infrastructure projects. Previously, Erik held various leadership roles, including Senior Director at EPC Power Corp, where they built teams for battery storage and solar infrastructure, and CEO & Founder of Phoenix ELM, which they grew to a $6M valuation in the utility power sector. With extensive experience in sales and commercial strategy, Erik has also served as Global Commercial Sales Leader at CIRCOR International and Senior Sales Director at GE Vernova, driving significant year-over-year revenue growth. They hold an Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of South Florida.
