Eryn Thomas Devola

Eryn Thomas Devola is currently the Head of Sustainability at Siemens, where they focus on creating more sustainable manufacturing practices. Eryn has previously held various engineering and management roles, including positions as a Sr. Reliability Engineer at Sub-Zero Freezer Co. and Quality Manager at Siemens Industry. Their experience also includes leadership roles at Siemens Mobility and a tenure as Director of MV Drives Sales at Siemens LDA. Eryn earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville and holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
