Florian Sauer is currently the Head of Manufacturing India for Siemens Mobility, overseeing production and quality for a fleet of 1,200 locomotives. Previously, Florian held leadership roles at Deutsche Bahn, including Werkstattleiter for ICE trains and Head of Fleet Management, responsible for significant budgets and employee management across multiple regions. Before that, Florian served as a Lean Coordinator and Production Planning Analyst at Bombardier Transportation from 2009 to 2012. Florian holds an MBA in General Management from FOM Hochschule and a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule Köln.
