Frank Forcher

Frank Forcher is currently the Head of Quality and EHS Management at Siemens AG, where they oversee business excellence, quality management, and process improvement for over 36 regional units. Between 2006 and 2007, they held various leadership roles at Siemens, including Head of the Central Department for Project Execution and Head of the Center of Competence for Simulators. Prior to that, they contributed to the Six Sigma program and agile transformation initiatives. Frank is pursuing a Diplom-Informatiker (FH) in Informatik at Fachhochschule Karlsruhe.
