Friedhelm Geiger

Friedhelm "Fritz" Geiger is a seasoned professional in the field of process automation, currently serving as the Business Line Manager at Siemens since 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing process automation hardware development and product management. Previous roles include Business Unit Lead focused on project development and execution in the ASEAN region, as well as Director of Project Execution for global projects in sectors such as glass, solar, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to these positions, Geiger worked at Siemens AG as a Project Manager and Manager of Product Management for process control systems. Geiger's career began as a Product Manager and Sales Manager at Siemens, including project engineering for coal-fired power plants in China. An academic background includes a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Goettingen and a Diplom in Physics from the University of Stuttgart.
