James Bray

James Bray is a highly experienced engineering professional with a background in construction project management and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Consultant at EFA Engineering Ltd. and Traction Power CRE at Siemens, James has held significant roles in various prominent organizations, including Balfour Beatty plc, where responsibilities included management of earthing and bonding as well as construction management for major projects such as Crossrail and Greater West Electrification. As Managing Director at Decus Engineering since June 2017, James has also overseen day-to-day operations, including preparation and review of crucial project documentation. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Design and Engineering and a first-class honours degree in Project Management for Construction from UCL.
