James Owen

James Owen, CPP, is the Director of Payroll Services at Siemens, responsible for all payroll operations within North America since 2011. Prior to joining Siemens, they served as Payroll Manager at Meijer from 1986 to 2006 and held several roles at the American Payroll Association from 2006 to 2008. James has implemented the Oracle Fusion product for Payroll/HR and completed the first year on Oracle's Cloud Payroll application. They are currently pursuing a Master's in Management at Aquinas College and have additional educational ties to the University of Michigan.
