Jan Erhardt

Jan Erhardt is an ambitious professional with a passion for global supply chain management. They held various roles at Siemens from 2022 to 2024, culminating in their current position as Head of Supply Chain Architecture for the Global Factory Network, where they lead a team designing end-to-end supply chain architecture for eight factories worldwide. Prior to this, Jan gained valuable experience at Primetals Technologies, where they completed six semesters of on-the-job training across multiple Siemens departments. Jan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Karlsruhe and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Windesheim.
