Jim Nering

Jim Nering is a seasoned professional in engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of Productivity and Quality at Siemens since 2003. They have held significant roles including Director of Engineering at Control Instruments Corporation and Director of Opto-electronic Manufacturing Development at EMCORE Corporation. Jim also has experience as the New Product Introduction Team Leader at Honeywell and as a Senior Manager in Optical and RF Packaging R&D at Lucent Technologies. They earned a Master's degree summa cum laude in Business Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and are pursuing a BS in Physics at the same institution, alongside completing an executive program in R&D management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
