Jo Hensher

Jo Hensher is a seasoned business leader currently serving as the Head of Services for GB&I at Siemens' Electrification & Automation unit. Jo previously held various key roles at Siemens, including Sales and Marketing Strategy Manager and Bid Director, where they contributed significantly to multi-billion-pound projects and strategic initiatives. Earlier in their career, Jo was a Senior Policy Adviser at the CBI, focusing on SME policies and the impact of the financial crisis. Jo earned an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford's Said Business School and holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
