John Cusworth

John Cusworth is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Siemens since 2014. In this role, John is part of the site executive leadership team, overseeing a $200 million Gas Turbine Packaging organization, managing a team of 37 supply chain personnel and 200 suppliers. Previously, John held positions including Head of Strategic Procurement and Head of Production Planning at Siemens, where responsibilities included leading the Strategic Purchasing organization and overseeing the Master Production Schedule. Prior to Siemens, John worked at Rolls-Royce from 2008 to 2014, where roles included Purchasing & Supply Chain Development Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt - Supply Chain, contributing significantly to strategic supply chain initiatives and quality improvement. John Cusworth earned a degree from Glasgow Caledonian University between 1999 and 2001.
