John Sullivan

John Sullivan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the wind power and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Global Onshore Towers Engineering Manager at Siemens Wind Power since July 2001, John leads a team focused on optimizing new unit towers and reducing installed costs of energy. Prior roles at Siemens include Mechanical Engineering Manager and Project Manager, overseeing engineering and project management for turbine systems. Before Siemens, John served as Engineering Manager at SOMEC, where oversight included packaging equipment installation across multiple countries, and held the position of District Engineer at EFCO Corp., managing design for structural formwork. John's early experience includes military service as an Electrician's Mate in the U.S. Navy. John holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
